3. Orders
- Orders are confirmed upon payment (online) or upon team confirmation (COD / WhatsApp orders)
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity
- For COD orders, a confirmation call/message may be made before dispatch
4. Delivery

6. COD Policy
- COD customers who refuse delivery without valid reason may be blacklisted from future COD orders
- Re-delivery charges apply for orders returned due to customer unavailability
- Repeated COD refusals may result in order cancellation
