Exchange & Return Policy

Our 7-Day Exchange Policy

At Meherva, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day exchange window on all items, provided they meet the eligibility conditions below. We do not offer cash refunds — exchanges only.

Items Eligible for Exchange

• Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags must be attached and intact
• Hygiene seal (where applicable) must be unbroken
• Item must be in its original packaging
• Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Items NOT Eligible for Exchange

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items with broken hygiene seals
• Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price (final sale)
• Items exchanged or replaced previously
• Items reported after 7 days of receiving delivery

How to Raise an Exchange

We've made this as simple as possible. Here's how it works:

1. WhatsApp us at 0322-4840096 within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Send your order number, a photo of the item, and the reason for exchange
3. Our team will confirm eligibility within 12–24 hours
4. Once approved, we'll arrange collection from your address (Lahore) or guide you on how to send the item back
5. Your replacement item will be dispatched within 2–3 working days of us receiving the return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize — this is not our standard. Please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost and arrange collection.

COD Orders — Exchange Process

Customers who placed Cash on Delivery orders follow the exact same exchange process. There is no additional COD fee for replacement shipments on approved exchanges.
